Privacy

Effective October 2, 2026. Adore LLC saves no call recordings or conversation transcripts. Account and payment records are retained. Our providers have separate retention policies.

Your conversations

Adore processes call audio and text in temporary memory to hold the conversation. Our application clears its conversation history and audio queues when the call ends, including interrupted calls and errors. Conversation content is excluded from our database, backups, payment dispute evidence, and application logs. Call recording is disabled. We do not offer saved conversations or use your calls to train models.

Local reasoning is currently disabled while we verify its retention controls. If enabled, supported reasoning requests may be processed on Adore’s privately operated local AI hardware. AI servers use temporary processing memory and may keep memory caches beyond an individual request. We do not promise immediate erasure from every provider’s memory or storage.

OpenAI

OpenAI processes the audio needed to generate the AI voice. We disable stored GPT-Live session recordings. This setting does not give us OpenAI Zero Data Retention. Under its default policy, OpenAI may retain conversation content in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days, or longer for legal or safety reasons. OpenAI Zero Data Retention requires approval and an enabled account setting; it has not been verified for Adore. API content is not used to train OpenAI models by default. See OpenAI’s data controls.

Phone and payment providers

Twilio connects your telephone call and processes the audio stream. Adore requests no call recording or transcription. Twilio and your carrier retain their own call and service records, such as phone numbers, call times, and durations. See Twilio’s privacy notice and call records documentation.

Stripe processes payments and refunds and may retain transaction and fraud-prevention records under its privacy policy. Adore does not store card details or send conversation content to Stripe.

What Adore keeps

We use your phone number to place the callback you request, recognize your account, and verify access. Phone numbers and phone PINs are encrypted. We keep account identifiers, consent timestamps and hashed IP addresses, policy versions, carrier call identifiers, call times and durations, balances, purchases, refund requests, payment events, and dispute records. These support account access, accurate billing, fraud prevention, refunds, and disputes. These records have no automatic account-wide deletion date.

Sign-in codes expire after five minutes. Website sessions expire after 24 hours. Expired authentication records and known expired rate-limit counters are removed by hourly cleanup. Daily database backups expire after 14 days. Release rollback snapshots may be kept longer and contain account and billing records, with no call audio or transcripts.

Account help and this website

Messages entered into account help are processed in memory to choose an automated reply. Adore does not save them or send them to an AI provider. The form clears your message when you submit it. This site uses an essential secure account cookie and no advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can stop callbacks, reset your phone PIN, and request refunds in your account. Stopping callbacks does not erase account or financial records.
